01Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

04Deposits and Fund Withdrawals

• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, zan89 reserves the right to void or suspend the affected round and return the bet to the user.
• Results recorded by the zan89 system are final. In the event of a discrepancy between the client display and the server, the server record will prevail.
• Bets placed cannot be cancelled once a round or event has begun, except under specified technical circumstances.

For sports betting, zan89 reserves the right to change odds at any time before an event begins. Bets confirmed before an odds change will not be affected by that change.

07Permitted User Conduct

08Account Termination and Suspension

09zan89's Liability Limit

In all circumstances, zan89's maximum liability to any user is limited to the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
